To Dwell- to live or stay as a permanent resident; reside.

It is a curious thing, to think of what our home says about who we are. But it is even more curious to think that our work place could convey a similar or different message.

I would like to photograph the professors of Texas A&M- Commerce. I will be doing a series of diptychs that depict both the work life of the professors and their home life. I hope to be able to, through diptychs, show the “two faces” so to speak, of the professor. I would like to break down the barriers of what people think they know about someone. I think that we can all learn something new about what we first thought of our professors. It is a big deal to pick your family up and move them out to east Texas, and I am sure it greatly affected the way these families live and I would hope to convey that in my work.
